I am a researcher at the SoWa RI, Czech Academy of Sciences. Previously, I worked as a technical assistant at the Institute of Soil Biology, Czech Academy of Sciences and the Chair of Soil Science, Technical university Munich, Germany. My research focuses on litter decomposition, particularly on chemical changes of organic matter during this process. I have been a member of research group conducting a large body of experiments at Sokolov post-mining sites, Czech Republic, focusing mainly on early stages of succession as affected by dominant plant species.
