After my undergraduate studies in programmes Environmental Care (BSc) and Applied Ecology (MSc), I joined the “Soil ecology” group at the Department of Ecosystem Biology, Faculty of Science, University of South Bohemia for my PhD studies under supervision of Dr. Eva Kaštovská . My main research interest lays is effect of forest disturbances on soil microbial community composition and functioning with main focus on soil fungi.
